Understandment

The term "understandment" has (largely) two senses:

i) to be in a state of knowing what something is about or for;

ii) to be in a state of having no idea of what something is about or for.

"I am in complete understandment of your reasons for having spent the entire annual budget on thumb drives. I'm glad that's all cleared up."
