In theory, the Coke Can was never a member of Termisoc, nor of UPSU, the University or even the human species. However, at the 2007 Annual General Meeting it was voted in as an Honorary Member of the society for keeping Dan alive during said meeting. Up until this point the can lived with it's comrades in a chilled vending machine in the "Cyber Cafe" in Babbage, before being set free by Rich.
The requirement for Honorary Members to be people was waived.
Previously the Coke Can was the first member of Termisoc, in the TermiHouse to be beamed live to the web on a WebCam, when Skippy was setting up the UPSU WebCam.
