Needs More Cowbell

The act of finding an item (or collection of items) requires something, but being uncertain of what it is that's missing.

This is not a purely Termisoc phrase, although we do tend to use it. You can read about the actual history of the phrase 'More Cowbell' at that font of all knowledge, Wikipedia. Christopher Walken is involved.
